Dude, chill out. If a🔥nything you get to have the unique experience of trying these games out for the first time as an adult, and being able to fully appreciate them. Besides I'm sure🥀 you've had some great memories in the past, and played other great games. Would you really be willing to lose all of that just so you could claim to have been one of the first people to play the MGS games?

We pre🐭tty much live in an era where most games are usually trying to emulate other games that were either successful or have massive online followings, just look at the horror genre, and how many games have pretty much the same premise as FNAF (A popular children's place has a dark secret behind it, and the mascots are alive, and trying to kill people) or the amount of "Cozy" games heavily inspired by Stardew Valley (which was heavily inspired by Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons) to the point of prettyꦇ much feeling the same but with minor differences. In the end it feels like the only real games that feel unique are the obscure ps1 & ps2 games, since back then a lot of developers were trying completely new things, and taking huge risks, so the're full of concepts we haven't seen since.
