It's not entirely correct that Zelda is not featured in the oracle games. She does appear but only if yo🗹u combine the games via the password you get after beating one of them. In this case you also fight Ganon as a secret endboss. And in my humble opinion Zelda being taller than Link is no reason for them to not end up together
