Is this sarcasm? The launch has been abysmal. Server failures. Characters being lost and having to be recreated. The sandworm so buggy they disabled it. Tons of problems with POI’s not being where they are listed on the map. And a huge problem🔯 with melee

blo🐎cking sometimes not initiating until 3-5 seconds after the ability is acti𒉰vated.

And they don’t have enough server capacity in the deep desert for tꦺhe 117,900 players. They only have 25,000 s♛lots. The game is intriguing - but it’s a mess.

Every reviewer behaves as if they’re obligated to caveat their enjoyment (or not) of this game through the prism of divisive po🤡litics.

Guess what? The game isn’t political. At all.

Want proof? Every time “Cope” goes on a Radio Free Oregon truther rant, your charac♈ter “Deacon” mocks him for being a conspiracy-spewing buffoon who’s chronically incorrect in his rationalization of why things have gone down.

Literally, the most likable and morally upright character in the entire game is African💎 American. (Deacon is admittedly a train wreck of moral conflicts and hypocrisies).

Every major villain in the game (and all the side mission mini-bosses) who are undeniably evil are whiteﷺ. ALL of them. 100%.

One of the most confrontational choices is choice of camp to s🌠end rescued people to - and the game doesn’t hide from the fact that one is absolutely laden with human rights abuses and run by a white “Boomer”.

One of the other most morally upright characters / camp leaders (“Iron Mike”) is an almost ludicrous passivist who makes truces with clearly horrid people to avoid vio♕lence and protect his diverse community.

T🍬wo of the main good guys are a same-sex co🍷uple (Rikki and Abby).

I roll my eyes when reviewers claim this was somehow a “conservative” game when the opposite was flagrantly true and conspiracy wing nuts and militias are theꦫ most dire threat faced in the game.

Despite a few flaws, the game is wonderfully written and plays well…and now after Broke༒n Road, its even better.
