EA caused the downfall. One of the original BG writers said as much - they don't value writers or writing - so you end up with cheap no talent writers. What do expect from the corporate execs who made money from the Madden games - which d🍷idn't need writers?

Main plot quests and companion quests o𒐪nly! Ignore everything else, and the game moves along.

While I understand and partially agree with the♈ decision---there are choices that directly effect characters they decided to include! Morrigan - does she𓄧 have a child and can she change to a dragon now? Varric - did Hawke survive?

You can easily fix this by not having those characters, ♌but that's 🍌not what they did...

This screams that the developers do not understand the series... They can fix a lot with a patch to codex♈ entries, but the main choices!?! Heck - Hawke bring alive or dead would have a major 🌺impact on varric!

How about, if you don't want the fans from an established ꦫstory...write a new story, new world and don't touch it.

This is basically bad storytelling, trying to ▨get their story out 𒁃there, using star wars to promote it, because it wouldn't survive on its own.
