See All"Get Tested Early And Often": Oblivion Remastered Players Don't Even Realise They're Being Cursed
Yeah, but by the time you have that dream, you can't clear the effect with a cure disease potion. Literally any attack ma𒁃de by a vampire can infect you. Just gotta be diligent in checking effects if you𒀰're fighting vampires. It's easy to miss.
“Time To Traumitize A New Generation”: Oblivion Veterans Are Excited♒ For New Remastered Players To Stumble Across One Of The Game’s Most Annoying Quests
Once you know where to look, Nirnroot is stupid easy to find. First of all, they only grow near water. Sometim🏅es right on the waters edge, sometimes back from it maybe 5-10m. Whic🥀h brings us to its second indicator. It emits a shrill, ethereal, pulsating hum. You can hear it within 5m of the plant usually. Third, they don't cluster. Once you find one, you're gonna have to go roughly 100m before you'll bump into another one. Bonus tip, they can be found in dungeon/cave interiors. If there's water, they can grow. Lastly, they don't respawn, so don't bother looking to sweep old ground later for an easy farming of it.
Added perk: you will absolutely make mud crab friends along the way. If you get a couple of them, you can let em smack ya to build up your armor skill. Heal to build up your restoration, maybe build up some block𒉰. Once your shit breaks or your health gets low, kill em off and repair your armor for armorer skill.
Oblivion Veterans Are War﷽ning New Players Not To Throw Away A Seemingly Useless Early-Game Item In The Remake
I deserve that. I assumed they weighed a few lbs, and didn't check. There's rea🐻lly no reason n♐ot to keep them then. It's a free bonus enchant if you can wear them in addition to gauntlets.

I think they're implying that the wri🀅st irons can be worn in addition to gauntlets. Once you start closing Oblivion Gates, the sigil stones recovered can apply an enchantment to an item.
To be honest, hanging onto the wrist irons til you're L20+ is an impressive long game strategy, but you're probably better off ditching them early. Find a set later and save the weight of lugging them around until you even start getting enchanting sigil stones. (E✱dit: Keep them! They weigh 0!)
Alternatively, you can go to the Imperial Commission Office in the mark𝔍et district and buy the shack on the waterfront for 2k. That way ✃you have a base of operations where you can stash stuff without fear of the POI resetting.
