Getting bit by a vampire and contracting Porphyric Hemophilia is one thing, but the notification for it can easily be missed, and you won't even know you've got it unless you check your current status effects.

"Really wish the game made it more obvious when you have a disease, particularly this one,' said one ꧑comment. Another noted that it gets lost amidst the number of notifications the game throws at you. "It gets hammed between “Your apparel is broken” and “Your item does not have enough charge” on every friggin hit."
