Yet another arti𒁃cle saying that World and Rise launched with more monsters than they actually did. World launched with 30, not 3ꦛ7, it got those 7 in post launch updates. Idk how many rise launched with because I didn't enjoy it enough to keep playing, but it wasn't 46.

Also to say there's nothing to aspire to after finishing Wilds' story except for making gear for the sake of it is kinda pointless considering making gear and hunting monsters is the ENTIRE point of the franchise. There🌞's also the monster Titles you get for hunting monsters a certain number of times. As for there being no Elder Dragons, Capcom has already said they wanted to pull back on tꦚhe amount of Elder Dragons. They're meant to be rare and mysterious, not show up ALL the time. World was an exception because it was a specific ecological event focused on elders. Also the only truly hard elder dragon fight in base World was Behemoth, which was a crossover title update. We'll very likely get elders at some point, but I'd much prefer new or underused Elders as it gets boring seeing that same handful of monsters repeatedly

Yeah it's getti꧃ng annoying seeing all of these posts saying it has significantly less, when it's literally only 1 and it has 3 variants just like world, which are more unique t💫han the 3 variants world had.

It's also entirely possible there's some secret 30th monster that you don't unlock until significan☂tly later or is part of an event, though this is pretty unlikely since Mizutsune is being added in abo🦹ut a month. Problem is you could argue it only has 27 monsters because as far as I'm aware, you can't fight 2 of them more than once unless you join someone doing those assignments

I am kinda surprised at the lack of any Elder Dragons, though you could argue Arkveld, Gore, and the 5 Apexes fill🌠 that role. Gore definitely counts since he's literally listed as a Demi Elder.

Ironic that ppl are complaining that a game not even i൩n the top 100 highest rated games of the year on either Opencritic or Metacritic lost t🧔o the highest rated game of the year on both.

Wukong is the lowest rated GOTY nominee in TGA history, while all the other🐷 titles nominated were in the top 10 🍨for this year and numerous other games, including in the top 10 weren't nominated. Wukong wasn't nominated for it's quality, it was nominated because it did well at launch and ppl hyped it up beyond belief when it reality the story and other aspects of the game just weren't GOTY worthy.
