When Veilguard was announced, I thought for sure Inky was going to be the protagonist. Having thus random Roo🌃k be the new hero when Ve❀ilguard is literally a direct sequel to Inquisition boggles me.

It was either:

A) Do nothing and let the people of the Source die to𝓡 fuel the "lives" of already dead people.

or

B) Free the souls trapped agaꦛinst their will and give the Endless a semblan🔯ce of peace.

They left us with no other options.
