" This 𝓀is so wrong... first, no one would complain about having a black character in a AC game set in Egypt because there were a lot of people who looked like Bayek living there 2000 years ago. And yes, Egypt is northern Africa but Bayek is a Medjay (you would know if you played the game) and his tribe was originally from North Sudan. I am not saying that a lot of people aren't criticizing the game because of racism, but most people are complaining about Yasuke the same way they did about Tom Cruise's character in The Last Samurai: It doesn't make sense to put an historical character (in The Last Samurai's case is still an historical character but with a different name) in a completely different role than he had in real life.
