DA:O was RTWP. So were BG 1 and BG 2. Doౠ your research before writing an article. As for DA:V, it's the worst of the series...by far...even without the sledgehammer virtue signal🔯ing.

൲8 Things That Make No Sens꧟e In Dragon Age: The Veilguard
I almost always find some🐻thing redeeming about a disappointing game. Dragon Age 2, for example. My thought is every game has its moments𝄹.
That is untrue of DA: V.
It's awful plain and simple, awful even if you✃ ignore that sledgehammer virtue signaling. I love diversity, I love freedom in all forms, so I s꧙upport LGBTQ+ and representation in entertainment with the caveat that it must enhance not detract from entertainment.
And therein💧 is where DA:V fails the💦 worst. It hurts the cause more than helps.
In addition, we get subpar writing, tedious mechanics, bad voice-acting, outdated quest structure, way too easy, much too simplified, much too vanilla, stilted clumsy limited and awkward di꧋alogue, uncanny𝄹 valley that destroys immersion, the list goes on and on and on.
Yep, all around aw🌱ful except for environment aesthetics. That one little thing, though, is not near enough.
