I couldn't disagree more. The high school system is something particular about the Persona system and games. Atlas makes tons of other great games you can enj🎃oy that do not use this system. Persona is built around social systems, mystery, self discovery, and difficult themes (especially for youth). The life of a high schooler has always been more stressful (with adults not believing you, worrying about your future, intense social cliques). That is supposed to be part of the tone with Persona. Leave it be. It's great just the way it is.
