This is entirely a "you" problem. Nearly everything on Game Pass is there for a minimum of a year. There's really no reason you should need to rush anything if you're playing new𝄹 releases on there. And if it's a game you truly love and can't finish or get to, you can buy it on a discount before it leaves the service. I'm glad ditching it helped to re-wire your brain but I think it's a very uncommon self-imposed style of gaming stress you were experiencing.

I was about to comment and share this hack. I've been using it on e-Shop and PlayStation store credit for years. It's al﷽so why the Zelda/Emio pairing is probably my plan, and it won't feel as much like wast🦄ing the deal as the author here was experiencing.
