The only reason Skyrim enjoys the success that it does is because of the modding community. For the most part, they have made Skyrim what it is in spite of BGS, not because of BGS. The one thing Bethesda did right was open the door to the players to take a crack at fixing their game. Now, Starfield. The engine is so broken compared to Skyrim, foundationally, that at this point in time it is not possible for serious mod users or authors to support or sustain the title. Hope BGS recognizes this and takes steps to correct, so that they can get their "1🐭2-year game"
