I started playing on Day One, but when I learned that it could take over⛎ a year to collect all of the cards (I refuse to spend rl dollars on the game) and there wasn't much of a battle system I dele🧸ted it. Not to mention that opening a pack in the game didn't give me the same feelings as I got when I opened a pack in real life.

As for the OP, have you heard of something called random chance? You have the 150 Kanto mons plus the trainers and the items etc, plus mons f൩rom 7 other gens it equals to a true randomness.
