I guess I'll add my 2 cents...me being from Generation X (grew up shooting guns at 12/hunting, rode bicycles without helmets, there was only two sexes, Communism was the enemyꦐ, 90% of us didn't have counselors, men didn't play in women's sports, and games didn't lecture you and the Mind Virus hadn't been invented yet... with that said...I am the age of most of GREATEST minds that created Bioware, ID, Raven, Bethesda, Obsidian, and Rock Star. Guess what? They were 90-Something % White dudes who created, developed, and WROTE most of them classics. Not anymore, they have been fired, left, replaced and/or started their NEW companies while WOKE, Thin skinned, word police idiologs have replaced them. Go look at who is the top 12 employees are at Rock Star...and make sure you read what the Little check marks (only found besides White and Asian staff members... people of color are exempt??) actually mean. It is laughable. That's why Japanese, Korean, and Chinese companies are doing so well. Now as far as the pricing...that is due to 2 main reasons: 1) greed and 2) forcing physical copies out the door...just like one of the earlier commenters stated, they don't want you to own anything and want you to like it. I'll probably buy current gen PS5 Pro (with drive) or the Xbox series X (but I'm concerned with the DRM or what ever it's called that forced you to be online). I like to OWN everything, that goes for my career, my Army Medals, my home, my car, and date I say some land. It's only going to get worse and get ready to speak Chinese and/or get ready to be drafted for war (yes I have friends in special Ops (that's different than forces...and yes, the Green Berets are more in the know than SEAꦗLS) and intelligence. And when Trump leaves the next President WILL bend the knee and you will see a global war (maybe even in The Orange Mans last year or so) if not WW3...and all you 18 to 30...yes even the Women, will be drafted.
