7 Things ღThat Make No Sense In Clair Obscur: Expedition 33
It's clear they need better writers for their gami🔯ng section. Lol
7 Things That Make No Se💮nse In Clair Obscur: E𓆏xpedition 33
I'll add to a few of your points because the author of this article reallyꦕ 𓆏didn't pay attention at all.
7: Where would he find the time or ability to pack up and ship off the painting? It's clearly stated in the story that once you're out of the painting your energy starts to recover. Why would Alicia or Aline allow him to get rid of the painting after he comes out, also exhausted? He chose to destroy it because if not destro🌠yed, it could always be found.
6: Verso seem🧜s to have a bit of a hero/god complex in which he feels the need to be the savior everyone looks towards. Hence his dramatic entrance to save Maelle on the cliffs. He admits that he allowed Gustജave to die to prevent the expedition turning around.
5: In the game they actually address this as believing she is 🌞painted with the burns because Aline blames Alicia for Verso's death and wants that reminder there.
4: Maelle also explains that chroma obtained from expedi🍸tioner bodies is tainted and cannot be used to resurrect anyone in their true form. That is why none of the expeditioners summoned in the final act of the game are more than generic looking.
3: Th♚is may be the only unanswered issue. It could be that real Clea did some editing herself. It could also be that none of the painted family were actually immortal and that Aline kept respaw✨ning them at the expense of extra effort or that she could not hold on to painted Clea anymore.
2: Everyone at this point from the family is acting out of sel💧fish intent and so don't consider the opinions of others. It took real effort for Renoir to leave Alicia at the end even though Verso tells her that Renoir knew she was lying about ever leaving the painting. He basically finally accepted her death alongside Verso's.
1: I too like the other comments explanations that pa꧟inted Verso may have seen Verso's soul and connected some dots that he did not know prior. He also could have seen the damage caused by Aline staying in the painting and wanted to save Alici༺a.
