But if you w♛alk into any mage's guild and talk to everyone..(crazy I know) you'll find someone who is willing to recharge your items for a fee..so if you're late game this shouldn't be an issue to have charged items

Not to mention if you actually do the mage's guild quest you learn there is a location (if not more) where you can make black soul gem𝄹s

So people who want to manually charge their items ha🃏ve a way to do that...
