Man, I didn’t know anything about Monster Hunter or the community when I got this game, so I just chose ♉long sword because I thought it thematically fit my character, and I didn’t want something super clunky. I hate being an accidental bandwagoner.

While I agree with most of this, I just cant agree wi💮th the join and leave one. I join flares to find the last crowns I need, but only ones sent up by HR100+, so I know they can handle whatever they’re fighting, but if I’m trying for a specific crown and I see you in Wounded Hollow sending up a flare for a 3-strength base Congala and it’s not a crown that I need, I’m leaving and joining someone else to find one. I only ever send up flares if there’s a gem as a quest reward, or if I’m fighting a mini/gold crowned enemy, and I encourage others to do the same, unless you’re fighting something remotely difficult.
