They've been෴ having a ton of probleܫms with the codes and the Sega account system as a whole. I haven't been able to get a code because, even though I used the English site, I was told by Support they didn't issue a code because it was only for Asia. I've used 3 e-mails and nothing.

Heads up for future readers: the deluxe and legendary only have Kiryu's Infinite Wealth outfit. His classic outfit is a limited time promotional gift for signing up for a S♛ega accoꩲunt or their newsletter.
