I thought it was obvious why the switch 2 launch isn't special. All I see is constant articles and discussions about how games like BOTW AND TOTK are going to run on switch 2. Upgraded version of these games are what nintendo is offering at launch. Seeing people sooo exciting to play BOTW on switch 2 is baffling to me. Where are the new gen games?? Anything?? Something?? Instead its mario kart 43, and upgrades of sine games that released 8 years ago. I give you credit for being a super fan of nintendo. I use to be. I was born in 1980. So I has nes, that blew me away. Then when I was 12 it was SNES which is one of my favorite consoles of all time. The N64 in high school which I did start to question Nintendo when they stayed with cartridge, but I was still fully nintendo. Then GC made me kind of think again, still rolled with it. Then came the Wii...trash...WiiU...mega trash (I did not buy that console, snd I had sold my Wii. First time selling my Nintendo console). Switch was a great concept, fell short as they cut corners again with hardware per usual. Then this switch 2, which I am absolutely not getting. The fact that this console launched, people are hyped up about playing BOTW is now just sad to me. Its a BRAND NEW CONSOLE and I see constant talk about a game released 💮8 years ago. I now just boycott Nintendo. I think they are trash. Which is sad to me because it was heavily part of my childhood growing up as far as gaming goes.

Now I just recommend ps5. If so🥀meone 🐭doesn't have a console, save 50$, and buy the digital version of ps5. And if you want hand held, that option is available as well for the system.

I am not going to buy a switch 2 for $450 dollars and games for $80 for a console that has older hardware and more weak storage capacity. In my opinion, you are better off buying a digital ps5 and portal if you want the handheld. Plus ps5 has quadruple the storage, superior hardware even being almost 5 years old. Way better store experience and membership with ps plus. And better cheaper games. Yes, Mario kart 19 will sell well. Super mario 35 will sell well. If they come out with a new zelda, that will be solid. However, Nintendo has constantly cut corners since the N64, mini dvds with gamecube, Wii sucked. Its not good when your most popular game is the demo disc it comes with it. WiiU was trash. They did do well with the switch making it both home and handheld console. 💃However, in nintendo fashion, they cut corners. I was always nintendo first since the NES. However at this point, I don't really support them much anymore. If 🔯I can get the switch 2 for $300 or less, I would "consider" buying it. At this point, I have too many great games to play on the ps5 to take up my time.

I always wonder why anyone would pay for a "remastered" game. I don't do remastered games if they charge for it. This days gone makes me laugh. The game is free if you have ps plus and grabbed it. The fact that anyone would pay 49.99$ for a game that was free is just sad to me. On top of games constantly being remastered, it's a kick in azz to charge gamers for a game that was free. And if you put them side by side, I can guarantee people won't be able to tell the difference. Here's an idea though for the studio that made the game💎, make a next gen part 2 for the game. Or at the very least, rebuild the game from the ground up lime MGS has done, then charge. Tbis is a money grab.
