Not really true about them rotating teams. They've stated that the teams that aren't "classified" anymore will still not only be playable but will actually continue to receive balance updates alongside the new ones - yo𒊎u just won't be able to play them at some tournaments, not even all of them. It has no effect whatsoever on the vast majority of the player base and if the only TOs that go with the whole "classified only" thing are GW themselves then it only actually affects like one or two events, and either way it doesn't matter to local play groups. The teams are only gone if we decide they are, so let's just not do that.
