Multiple issues.. bad pricing structure. A market that is increasingly willing to wait for games to go on sale or game of the year "complete with all dlc" versions . No🍬 steam release. Then you get into people who say its a femal🌳e lead .. it isn't otherwise the horizon series would have tanked .

SIMPLE .it flopped because the price was too high a🌸𓃲nd the "uograded" versions made the base version seem inferior.

Had ubisoft released this as a sing�🤪�le standalone game at £59.99 they may have seen jedi survivor level of sales .

Simple maths . People are not willing to pay the price for a single player game that neeꦕds always on Internet, has micro transaction and a season pass.

If this had been released for £50 plus a £30 one off DLC in a year. And been playable 🔯offline ..and released on steam .. they may have sold more copies ..

I'd say perhaps they ❀can pull a cyberpunk 2077 on this , but it's ubisoft so I expect them to drop all support for it now it's not met targets and not even bother bug fixing going forward .
