It's fairly simple: other jobs are nearly as dangerously and bad as the video game industry. FAANG has had massive l♔ayoffs in the last few years. All of them are also clawing back work from home policies. And all of them have absurdly overvalued executives.

Video games probably suck the most for risk, but at least ✨it's a bit interesting to do the work.
