The issue isn't that they're non binary, the issue is that the character is first and foremost the gender identity then a character. There is already a canon trans character yet lore wise you can tran🐭sition with a spell and continue on your merry way. This character isn't a good one compared to the Khajiit companion that also came out which is an actual character with good plot and story. Anyone defending this kind of "content" really needs to look at the quality of what they enjoy. Not saying TES isn't gay or queer but this is just shilling out to the most basic kind of people that will blindly defend it without properly looking at why it's an issue
