The temple isn’t *in* the Hissing Wastes, iไt’s in a completely separate area that’s quite small spec꧂ifically because the oasis/temple itself are the only geographical feature.

Plus, if you’d done mor🅷e exploring and less whining you’d have d🌠iscovered a two handed weapon that’s pretty spectacular for as early in the game as you get there.
