The problem with following Nintendo is that they've patients 8000 game mechanic, visua✨l styles, controller mechanic, etc that to follow them is to invite endless lawsuits from Nintendo. If your game uses any of the patients they've claimed and you might take some of this money and customers away from them, they'll sue you so fast.
