I mean with the world being as bland as it was they could use more memory for NPCs, I like all of the elder scrolls games but oblivion is no where close to as vibrant a world as Skyrim. Oblivion was ahead of it's time just like Skyrim was now if only Bethesda could do𝐆 cities like red dead 2 or Witcher 3 then the game would be perfect
