I've never played the Sims, but I had a similar experience playing inZoi. I m🅺ade my husband and I both characters who start out married. Between the traits, lifestyle, and preferences, it's very realistic. But they keep trying to break up. Our friendship and business lev꧒els are maxed out, but the family Guage is Dysfunctional. And that's incredibly life like. We're both Ace, and aren't bothered by it, but it's strange to see it from the outside. Our values don't entirely mesh, and doing things, even together, is draining. I'm not complaining. I love my life. I'm just weirded out by how accurate the game can be and introspective.
