Why On Earth Is Assassin's Creed Shadows Keeping Its Modern Day Timeline Behind A Battle Pass?
For those that aren't picking up on what they're doing, the free "battle pass" is part ไof the game. It's why it's free, and has important story content. When you use it that's you logging off the Animus, and doing stuff outside the game. It's convoluted, but meta.
