Luckily, it's not the graphics that made me love FFT, so I'm not concerned if they're a little too smooth for some people's liking. They could have done literally nothin𝔍g to the game, or changed a million things. As long as it still plays the same, I'll want to play it. It's been unavailable on modern PlaySꦅtation consoles for something like 12 years or more.

I can only assume their 'diverse' team of writers included mostly atheists. I've never been much of a believer myself, but lately I've started to see that the growing disdain for religion is creating problems like this. Stories that should feel like they're rooted in realism and history (which any good fantasy should) end up lacking any kind of identity in the vain attempt to erase 'problematic' content. It's like they've forgotten that stories need problems! Religion is a fantastic source of conflict, whether you personally like it or not. And whether you like it or not, religion is and historically has🌃 always been important to peop🐻le of both our world and Thedas.

I think these writers need to practice writing characters who are di💎fferent from them; I'm getting🔜 the feeling maybe they need to talk to different people in real life too.

I think ripping off Pokemon is a little different than ripping off Horizon, given that one is a cultural juggernaut several decades old, with many diverse titles, and the other is a recent series with two basically identical games. That's like copying James Bond vs whatever last year's most po൲pular new movie was.

Not having romance in Outer Worlds didn't stop people from complain൩ing that they couldn't romance Parvati. Adding the option to romance characters probably wouldn't have made me actually like the game, but who knows. It could have made me obsess about a character long ♋enough to actually beat it.

Ultimate🐟ly, a good game is good w🅘ith or without romance, but romance can make a mediocre game just a little bit better.

I agree that it was too hard, mostly because the trophy was tied up in succeeding at mini games. I prefer a platinum to reflect your dedication to core gameplay elements, but having to be exceptionally good at 20 different mini games is silly. I've enjoyed a couple of fairly difficult platinums and accepted that I'm just never going to achieve seജveral others (other FF games have done both of these for me), but this one is just a bit much. I'm glad the content is there, but I won't personally be obsessing over it.

Ok I know you're just joking about♒ bringing Solas into ME5, bu𒁃t an optional crossover DLC or event would be a lot of fun! I think most fans of one game are at least casual fans of the other, so why not?

The fact that you associate the phrase "feeling his oats" with a modern TV show and are sure that the writers intended it that way, and the fact that you're probably right (given that you know literally anything about the director, for example), actually paints a pretty decent picture for me of who th🥂is game𝓀 is made by and for.

If Mass Effect is Shepard, then Andromeda wasn't Mass Effect? Despite people's complaints, I think it certainly was a Mass Effect game, and even actually a decent one. The show writers can and should come up with another story akin to Andromeda. Even better, adapt the First Contact War. That would be great for the show creators because it can take place largely on Earth, and the only aliens they🥀 have to deal with are turians, and it'll even explain why the series is called Mass Effect because it's about discovering the mass relays. Then they can decide if they want to bring in Shepard later, maybe even do a child Shepard cameo to set it up.

Also I think your The Office "universe" commentary in the beginning is a little disingenuous, because you know what they mean b𒀰y "The Office Universe"; they mean it'll showcase and൲ reference characters, places, and actions from the show as being real and canon.

Anyway, back to Mass Effect: an adaptation of Shepard's story would probably suck, because they would probably not choose a Paragade Female Garrus-romance, and to me that's nearly as intrinsic to the story as the other cho💟ices. Yes I'm exaggerating, but not that much. If they made the m𒅌ain character a male Shep who gets with Miranda? I wouldn't even know the guy.

What I really want to know is if the dialogue wheel is significantly worse than Inqui🦹sition. Because if it's basically the same but the "more" is on the bottom instead of the left, then oh well, I guess, y'know, that's fine. I'm really not terribly opposed to the wheel in general. It's worked fine for quite a few games now, and it's more streamlined than having to read 5 different full sentences without tone indications. (Which works fine for unvoiced characters, of course, but would be redundant and annoying for voiced characters.) It's really just a matter of the writing, in my opinion.

Not exactly somethingღ you can do quickly though, is it? Unless your friends are importing characters that already have high affinities with villagers. I 🧸haven't played multiplayer. Maybe that's possible?

Af🍰ter falling for Dave the Diver and Dead Cells this year, I guess I'll have to give Hyper Light Drifter another chance. I remember it being kind of difficult for me. (Celeste was impossible for me too.) But hey, if it doesn't work out, I'll happily go back to Moonlighter!

I have to recommend Ore Monogatari! A very kind, sumo wrestler high school boy saves a petite girl from a molester on a ꦅtrain, and then they're head over heels for each other, while everyone else tries to figure out what she sees in him. It's incredibly sweet and funny.
