Just because someone is *selling* it for that much, doesn't mean anyone is *buying* it for that much. I mean, I could put up𝓰 my clipped toenails for 🅠$1000, but unless somebody really weird, insane, stupid (or stupidly reliant on AI scalping tools) comes along, I'm not gonna get anything from it. There's plenty of people who vastly overestimate the value and desirability of what they have.

I haven't played Oblivion, so I'm presuming it doesn't have the constant-effect enchantments that Morrowind did? I remember a strategy fo🔯r dealing with the 'sunburn' damage of a vampire was just to make a constant-effect healing item that counterbalaꦛnced the damage effect.
