I totally agree with this article, and I've been saying this for over a year now. Even though AC6 isn't something I'm interested in, there's a community that adored that. And something like Tenchu would have a solid base for a comeback too, especially with the world building that 🌞Miyazaki and Co are known for. Sekiro being easily the best combat from a modern FS game, shows they haꦐve the chops for it too. And there's a decent market for a traditional RPG, which Miyazaki said he wants to make.

In any case, there's def too many souls likes out there, and FS have made the same game enough times for now. Not everyone wants to keep playing the same game over and over. I think with the size of the FS team these days, they could do some experimentation, make whatever they want to make, and still sprinkle in another souls game for the big bucks. That formula is getting pretty stale though, and though ER worked, 🐓open world fatigue, and the team's own thoughts to make a smaller scope game, means that they'll have to find something to create som🐠e originality.
