See AllDLC Wouldn't Have Fixed Dragon Age: The Veilguard, But It Deserved Some Anyway
Maybe if they pushed it back they could have made it a bit better. But between the personal🉐 insertions, political messages and the unfortane social injustices nonsense, a game that was supposed to b♍e escapism from reality only became an extension of it.
I know EA pushed to just have it released as soon as possible so that their greedy hands could get more money. I hope they felt the sting when the꧒ir actions slapped them in the face after the game failed and instead of raking in profit they lost a lot more than what people assume. EA is where games go to die now.

Your comment is a whole lot of words that just say you're ok with mediocrity. The defense that "oh its not skyrim so stop comparing it" tells us you really missed the mark on the whole deba🌠te about the subpar game that was released.
People are not saying the game should play exactly as skyrim. They are comparing mechanics of games made 10 to 15 yrs ago having better immersion than a game that literally came out how long ago🌊? Games shouldn't be regressing in quality... they should be learning from other games that became great and build off their success. The gaming industry has unfortunately taken a very nasty downward spiral.
So your straw grasping is just ꦫthat, and the fact you just lump everyones genuine criticism as the whole dumb "chud" insult just amazes me. Like many of you absolutely don't act like adults and you get offended when anyone has REAL criticism. Every game that has come out that flopped has cycled the same behaviors from the same groups.
There is a reason skyrim has been released how many times and still has 3x the active players than avowed ever had... even with skyrim being so old it stil⛦l beats the pants off avowed. You'd think maybe skyrim had a working formula and maybe other studios could h🍷ave taken inspiration from it.
And yes we as consumers are 100% allowed to make comparisons to games we enjoyed/enjoy... that's how you know if a game sucks or not. If you enjoyed it then say so and move on without invalidatinꦬg the genuine criticism that's out there. We are just tired of mediocrity. You should aim for the stars not the porch.
Bi🏅oWare Veteran Calls Out People Celebrating Layoffs After Dragon Age: The Veilguard Backlash
The Ceo isn't responsible, nor is it the hugher ups. They only care about numbers and order those running the studio to make things happen. They just ca൩ll meetings and ask if the studio is meeting deadlines and goals. Veilgaurds failure was 100% corrinne busche and the activists that controlled the work environment. As verified current employees have leaked, the work environment is stifling with many getting cut down from the politically charged activists running the show. So it was 100% the employees that sabotaged the IP.
The studio has changed hands a couple times and lost much of its talent due to these changes. The studio then funneled in an activist director that then hired like minded peopl𓆉e to help support the message and not the gamers.
Both Dragon Age: The Veilguard Directors And All Writers Are No Longer At BioWa𝕴re
The highers up have really zero calls on what the writers do... its why they hire directors for studios to pass or deny creative processes The suits don't care... they care about profits. When the writers and directors failed to produce a gꦍood game they were punished for it... by being removed, forced out or fired.
The s🧜uits don't over see anything BUT the financial gain or lack there of. Corrinne buche is who destroyed the dragon age veilgaurd by self injecting themselves into the game and peppering in identity politics in a very me🔥ssy way to check off DEI checklist as per sweet baby inc consultations.
They turned a fantasy game into a political chess piece. We di𒆙dn't want modern agendas in💞 a fantasy game and well... the studio was punished for it for making it such.
Dragon Age Fans🍰 Want Dragon Age 5 T🌌o Be Set On Seheron
Unfortunate꧒ly bioware has lost the majority of their talent and those still there have already expressed how bad the working environment is that I highly doubt they will stick around. Veilgard being u🌞nsuccessful (we know they lost a lot of money on it) will snowball along with the talent issue and EA will most likely dissolve bioware if mass effect becomes a failure (if not sooner). The massive hits agaisnt them from mass effect 3, Andromeda, anthem and now veilguard.. it doesn't look good for them.
Baldu🌳r’s Gate 3 Still Has 120,000 Players Because It’s Nothing Like Draꦯgon Age: The Veilguard
It's a bit misleading phrasing it "bioware broke highest concurrent players on steam" when of cours🍷e it would be seeing bioware hasn't been on steam for how long? Other than maybe ME remaster? There were less known and almost unknown IPs that did 3x the player counts on steam which is embarrassing for a title such as dragon age. They should have pushed out the release, worked harder on the story, actually took time to.. know what.. that wouldn't have mattered. The character writer for Joshaphine also wrote emmerich.. and you can tell between the characters they were heavily throttled when writing Emmerich. But even that they made probably the better character amongst them all. But you definitely could tell someone else was calling the shots on what would be acceptable for release and now they quit. Bioware has driven off most of their team...Topped with the hostile work environment... bioware is done.
