They really need to step up their game after New Horizons. It was fun to play over the pandemic, but cutting up the game to serve out to us iౠn bits with features that were standard in New Leaf and the older games in the series was a crummy move. I think the dev thought they could dole out content similar to how they did with Splatoon, but they're two very different series.

I'm really hoping now the villagers and assets have been made HD and they've made the terraforming mechanics already, that from launch the game is feature complete l🔜ike the new old games were, so you can unlock The Roost and Crazy Redd from the start along with other features.

I'm also hoping that the improvements made in Happy Home Designer are fully integrated into the new game, like having villagers be room mates and being able to make buildings ꦜtha⭕t have functions like hospitals, schools and restaurants and giving the option to have jobs for you and your villagers.

I'm just seriously hoping that the next iteration is as feature rich as New Le📖af. I liked new horizons, but cutting a bunch of features out only to drip feed it back to the audience wasn't the way to do things, especially when it's expected features that had been iಞn older games in the series since day 1.

Completely agree with how annoying Atlus🐼 mishandle this stuff. I bought Royalཧ on Switch after completing vanilla and I just couldn't do it. Same with SMT Vengeance, especially as I'd bought the special edition of SMT V.

The𓂃 only thing I'd dꦉisagree with is your view on SMT Apocalypse - it was a completely different game with a different protag in the same setting.

But yeah, really wish Atlus would just do a goty edition with everything included that yo⛦u could carry your save over to.

Honestly even if they just structured it so every remake game was 2DHD and every main entry was 3D bu﷽t actually took the time to make it instead of rushing it out the state of Pokémon would be much better. Arceus was flawed but it felt like such a fresh game in comparison that was bursting with ideas.
