I definitely think these are all valid concerns, I see people recommending therapy and while that's something you should probably seek out, I'd like to throw my hat into the ring to say it may be worth a shot to try mixing up your repertoire. It's easy to get burnt out on games when you're playing the same type of game over and over, and while it doesn't sound like quite what you're experiencing, I think mixing things up and trying some non-cozy games for a while would be worth a shot. I'll try to recommend some games that do๊n't have a high skill ceiling but that I also wouldn't consider cozy. If you're looking for genre recommendations, I'd try rpgs or puzzle games.
