I🐓f you're porting a game from one generation of a console to the next, especially within a family, why would you not put the DLC on the cart/download too? Even Ubisoft did this and that's saying something.

Nah♌. PC has mods, and not those paid mods from Bethesda, or those curated mods from a handful of other mod-supported games on console. But any mod you could think of (including the... u🉐nwholesome ones I suppose, but that's not the point).
