No you are wrong physical🔴 will always be better than digital no matter how convenient digital games are you are like every other digital fanatic that does not understand that physical games are better and always will be better you actually do own them even if the game shuts down you still have access to the game if you have a physical copy of that game just like I have a physical copy of certain games that required constant internet connection but I can still start up the game even after the server was shut down that means I still own the game but that does not apply to the digital version once they revoke your digital license you're screwed you won't be able to redownload the digital game or access the game the digital R🎉ights Management policy is evil and companies use it to control what games we own which makes game preservation absolutely essential which is why physical games is still important in 2025 and I refuse to buy any full price digital game that has no physical copy that is a big turn off just like what happened to Starfield hellblade 2 and Alan Wake 2 didn't have no physical copy until remedy decided to release the physical version of Alan Wake 2 and it included Alan Wake 1 remastered so that was a big win for us physical collectors there are still thousands of console gamers who still collect physical games and we will never make a full transition to digital games only when you don't actually own them at all you are just buying a digital license to play them so you are essentially renting a digital game until the company decides to take your digital license away from you but that won't happen if you own the physical copy of the game companies would never let you make your own copies that is illegal trust me I know this after trying to make my own copy of physical games and it bricked my PS2 and rendered it unplayable because the system detected a illegal copy of the game so I had to completely format my PS2 to make it playable again
"This Will Have Catastrophic Conseque🍃nces": Nintendo Leak Seemingly Explains Why The Switch 2 Has So Many Game-Key Releases
I might skip the Nintendo Switch 2 for one reason I simply still love my original Switch plus I have installed a 1 TB micro SD card and I have an arsenal of physical and digital collection of my favorite games of all time so I really don't see any reason to upgrade to the Switch 2 it's currently way too damn expensive which makes it less appealing to buy it however you are wrong about one thing Xbox One and PS4 has a massive collection of indie games and more is still being released there's only quite a few that hasn't made it to consoles yet due to not enough demand from the console community switc🌳h games sell so fast like hotcakes and I often play on my OG Switch on my 4K TV with the official Switch Pro controller I have way more fun playing on my switch more than my Xbox Series X and PS5 I think it has to do with that nostalgic feeling of gaming on Xbox 360 and it's bringing back so many memories.
