As with all my ♊other consoles, I'll﷽ get one when I get one. Given the increasingly obnoxious amounts these consoles cost, I just don't have that "I need this now or I'll die" gamer energy anymore.
For one, EVERYONE knows Randy is a dick and completely unlikable, as if I would listen to him, especially after the last Borderlands game. Secondly, we are overall in completely new territory with all that's going on in this country. Buying merchandise doesn't measure how "true" ജof a fan you are. Money, and jobs, are becoming increasingly hard to obtain and maintain. EVERYTHING, no matter how benign or little, is going up and everyone is feeling it. Sure, you can have the $80 for a game but the question is can you actually spare it or have to use it towards a necessity. It would be practical for me to use that money towards a bill, groceries, etc. Hobbies are just becoming to dang high.
