I Pre-Ordered the Deluxe version for Xbox on 3/19,💙 which states the console version officially released 3/20 PDT while the PC version released on 3/19. I spoke with Xbox Support and Ubisoft Support. My version was listed as after release version not the PreOrder version, possibly because of a system error. Currently on Xbox is looking into it after I showed them the Support ticket from Ubisoft saying that "they looked at my purchase and deemed it not eligible for any PreOrder bonuses, and they wish they could help but are unable to." If something isn't officially released it should be considered a PreOrder.
