I absolutely agree that 2 was a highpoint, based on number of replays if nothing else, but I wo⛄uld add 4 and the underrated Syndicate into contention. Mirage was pretty g🍸ood too and a move away from the bland open world RPG formula that AC had fallen into.

If I had to pick one, my favourite is Syndicate. The stealth missions around London landmarks were great fun as was the ability to use differeꦿnt tactics, the steampunk aesthetic made the gadgetry feel appropriate, and the ability to switch between the Frye twins enabled different playstyles.

🙈An alternative is to edge forward until you get the duck without triggering the wall, then using a combo of spraying and throwing blind to remove tar and tar monsters, then running unhindered. But yes, it's a right.....

It's very satisfying to work it out! I used a logic problem table consisting of 4x4 squares, arranged in a triangle (search for logic problem and you'll🐲 see what I m🍸ean!)

On the PS there is a trophy for solving it without finding the solution🧸
