I'm sorry, but I can't get over that headline image. Do kids these ♈🦂days use that as a generic depiction of a shrug, with a connotation along the lines of, "What's the big deal?" Because that's clearly the "guess I'll die" guy, which makes no sense in this context.

"Baldur’s Gate 3’s Most Talkative Race"? It's clear from the article that it's talking not about how many lines a player character has but about unique dialogue: i.e., not only lines your character might say but lines that NPCs say to your character and which only appear for a particular race, class, gender, etc. It has nothing to do with how many total lines the character has. Please hire some editors who actually know video ❀game basics (hi, I'm available!) and/or pay them enough that they're able to take the time to understand the articles they're writing (or tweaking) headlines for. This goes beyond clickbait-level misleading into just plain wrong.

I don't know why everybody keeps saying we were "lucky." The Veilguard was worse than no follow-up at all. It's permanently blocked any possibility of following through on the amazing promise of the end of Inquisition and Trespasser. This is the permanent, canon resolution, f𒈔orever.

If EA/BioWare had canceled the series, the possibility would at least remain that someday whoever ended up with the IP could continue it with love and the involvement of people who were respon🅠sible for making the series what it was. That's impossible now.

The most frustrating part is when the game breaks its own rules. Things reset... except when they don't. (Sometimes the game tells you when it's about to break its own rules. But, for example, nothing told me that the Vault boxes don't reset.)

I'm also 💦utterly sick of coming across belabored clues or explanations for puzzles I solved ages ago (some in multiple locations!), with nothing for the things I'm currently stymied by (where, again, I don't know whether I'm missing something the developer thought was obvious or there's just necessary info I don't have yet).

I like the game. I'm past the credits. ⛎But there are still some rough edges really in need of filiꦺng.
