I mean the fact that she only gets one shot every turn to deal damage if you use sacred flame makes the turns she misses stand out like a sore thumb, but I think that most people would find that if they tried u☂se sacred flame consistently, that the rate isn't any worse than any o🐷ther character with the same hit chance. The confirmation bias comes from only recognizing when she misses.
