This is anecdotal b🥀ut it seems to effect things like stuns, resists, and other procs as well, es⭕pecially with NPCs.

I use a combination poison that also reduces luck and it makes 🔯the enemies terrible in combat. They get stunned easier and miss m﷽ore often, and my spells hit harder.

I'𒅌m sure it als🥃o effects story elements and encounters that aren't clearly tied to it.

The thing is while this was true, the originaᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚl Oblivion combat was TERRIBLE compared to Skyrim combat. While the magic suffered as a result, it brought a lot. Original Oblivion didn't have hit animations or sounds, the attack animations were very limited, and there was no flourish.

Skyrim brought dual wielding, flourish, finishes, rush attacks, SHIELD BASH which acts 🌜as an interrupt, actual bonuses to Blade, Ace, Mace such as decapitattion, bleed🥃, stun, etc.

So while the magic was GREATLY simplified, I do sಌtill miss melee combat in Skyrim. It felt like fighting, Oblivion melee still feels like point and click damage more than anything else.

Yeah it works, but it's kinda boring. This game has an excellent magiꦇc system that shouldn't be skipped
