I Spoke To The Devs Behind Bionicle: M𒁏asks Of Power, A Fan Game Eight Years In The Making, Suddenly Shut Down By Lego
Someone from the LEGO support team saying "sure" years ago is the farthest thing from getting approval from a famous IP to use their work. You need approval and a contract to seriously start thinking about projects like this. Unfortunately, he'll learn this lesson for next time, and there's still a chance you can form a relationship with someone at LEGO and do something with their IP. This is clearly stated in their "Fair Play Policy": "This is done both by granting licences and in co-promotional initiatives. It only happens when both parties stand to benefit from the effort and after carefully choosing “🍃playmates” whose products or services are suitable for a LEGO® licen🐻ce product or for co-promotion with LEGO products." While unfortunate, it's both unfair and almost outlandish to place any blame on LEGO.
"An Impossible Situation From The Start": Dragon Age Developersཧ Speak Out Following Recent Veilguard Report
The game was pretty incredible to me, and I have almost 80 hours with one playthrough left to go. While it wasn't what it could have been, it is still a strong title. I am a visual player, so I forgive a lot o𒁃f narrative fumbles if the visuals are impeccable. I'm just amazed at the game in total, and think they did an excellent job with the time they were given. One of my favorite games.
"We𓆏 Were Getting No Support From BioWare𝔉 Or EA": Dragon Age Team Felt Left Behind After Inquisition
Inquisition is one of my all-time favorite game🐷s, and Veilguard is almostꦬ as amazing 20 hours in. I really love the art style, gameplay, and relationship building. Is it as good as Inquisition? No. But gameplay, visuals, and experience-wise, it's one of my favorite games in the last year. I can't put it down!
