Let’s hold off on calling it thievery just yet. Play the game first. Because quite frankly, I do see this as the natural next step for Mario Kart. Customizing your own races was the inevitable way forward. And giving people an open world i🐟n which they can plot the race they want to race is the only way to do it. I wouldn’t liken this to Forza where it is free roaming for the sake of enjoying a drive. The intent is different, and much more an extrapolation of Mario Kart’s vector.
