I don’t think it’s quite as bad as you’re lamenting. Vaporeon can only move energy IF there’s energy to move. You’re definitely right insofﷺar as that it will make a decent deck better, bc now they can move those misty energies around before their active faints, or even retreat etc.

But Misty really isn’t that consistent at all. It’s as luck based as 🤡any other archetype really. You draw what you need or don’t.
