Monst𒆙er Hunter Wilds Next Big Update Will Include Something "More Challenging Than Temper🍃ed Monsters"
I agree. I also recently started replaying world and I have faint memory of playing the game when it first released. It was my very first MH title, but after playing wilds, and going back to world, there's a noticeable difference in the adrenaline rush caused by monsters like anjanath and legiana. Legiana literally gives me a sense of impending danger whenever I hear it screech. And when you run, that thing will chase you down. That happens sometimes in mh wilds, but it seems easier to get away than in world. It was as if those monsters were sentient and knew exactly where you were going. Wilds is fun and all. I love wilds, but wo🐷rld had a much better system when it came to what a fight with a near kaiju, class monster should be like.
With world, you felt the rush of adrenaline, and felt almost as i𓆏f your actual life was in danger at times. But with wilds, it's more mild.....idk, maybe world ruined us because it gave us all sucꦿh high adrenal8ne rushes that anything less just won't work now.😅
P.S. also, I noticed someone replied about wilds mon💃s having too little HP. And while I somewhat agree🍷, I don't think it's all about Hp. You give a dumbed down monster more hp and it just makes for a longer, boring battle. They need something more. Like you said, they don't feel like they are after YOU. Not like the monsters in world did.
Monster Hunter Wilds Next Big Update Will Include Something &🌱quot;More Challenging Than Tempered Monsters"
"Arch-tempered" just sounds boring, bla꧙nd, unimaginative, and just cheap. "Oooh, tempered isn't enough eh? Let's give them "arch-tempered" then."........I hope that's not how they plan on making more challenging monsters.
Instead, give us monsters that require you to do something to weaken them first, like mounting and breaking off plate armor or something, before you can do any re𒁃al damage. Idk, just something more creative than "arch-tempered".
If The Real Monster Hunter Wilds Is After The Credits, I'm Never Going To See It
Im not going to be nasty or defensive with you like most of these other commenter's on here. Your art🥀icle and opinions about a really good game have offended them, and understandably so. We are each entitled to our own opinions.
But sadly, you will be missing out on more story and lore. Even though the credits roll after chp 3, there are more "main story" quests after, that lead to new areas, more anꦜd new monsters, plus more lore to learn. The end credits of the end of chp 3 are really not the end to that. You dont beat the game after the credits.
I agree with you about the story and cutscenes. I'm one of the annoying "that guys" in mmos and other online, multi-player games who everyone has to wait on, or who falls behind everyone else because I enjoy watching the cutscenes. To me, they are like a small reward for your work you put into playing the game. I love the lore and the action. But MonHun is not like most games where they roll the credits and that's either all, or you get a game+ option at the menu where you play the game all over again from the start, but maybe with all the gear and items you've earned from the first playthrough. There's more to the main story and lore. Thats one thing I lov﷽e about MonHun that separates it from other games.
A little friendly piece of advice, give it a try after the credits. Don't knock it until you try it, because if you are sincere in that you just don't like to play🍨 the same mechanics over and over without progression of the story, then you will most definitley need to continue playing after the credits. Otherwise, you really just became bored with the game and the end credits were m9re of a finish line for you rather than an accomplishment or milestone in your journey as a hunter. (Which, if you just got bored with it, that's fine as well. Not everyone is cut out to be a MonHun fan.)
