I thought Sinners was an excellent movie. The script was exceptional. The way Coogler used the characters Smoke and Stack to manifest a song(Smokestack Lightnin' by Howlin Wolf) into a living metaphor is the very essence of ingenuity to me. Then, of course, mixing the From Dusk Til Dawn concept about t✨wo bank robbing/gangster brothers. One brother is a slick talking the other brother always having to protect ꦚboth of them and their interest. You can tell where Coogler drew his inspiration from. In my humble opinion, I think Coogler should make a miniseries exploring the world of Smoke and Stack when they were working for Capone in Chicago.
