I agree with so much of this article. I've been a fan since I was 5 and saw Empire at my first drive in / big screen experience. And from the 80's to today I have dealt with these same fans who believed they were tꦛhe only Star Wars fans. Social Media has given them a large voice and `I am so tired of Disneꦗy saying they make diverse shows and then throw the same folks (giving disney diversity) under the bus. High Republic books have been well received and I think show us the biggest fans are invested well beyond "their" Star Wars
