I get what you’re saying but RTD tried a lot of new things this first season like them or not. I wouldn’t call episodes like The Devil’s Chord, 73 Yards, and Rogue retreading old ideas. Now say what you will about the actual quality of those new ideas but I don’t think that the show being formulaic is the issue. Boom, 73 Yards, and Dot and Bubble are my favorite episodes since the end of Capaldi’s era and a couple mo🎉re like that will satisfy me for sure.

It’s a shame because I genuinely enjoy a lot of the mechani🔜cs and individual cards of this set. Vehicles are always a treat and I’m glad to see they’re going to keep supporting mounts. A set themed around vehicles isn’t an awful idea but this isn’t the way to do that especially when there are only 3 in universe sets a year now.

I’m not sure if you’ve heard this yet but I highly recommend reading wind and truth before the sunlit man. It is wild to me he released s🍷unlit man before wind and truth it really spoils a certain characters fate.

Hate to be that guy but neither Jordan Peele or Bong Joon Ho directed a movie in 2024. Peele produced monkey🍨 man but Dev Patel was star and director. And Mickey 17 doesn’t come out until March.
